Somnet Telecom: Manage Your Telecom Services with Ease
Somnet Telecom offers the Somnet Selfcare App, a fast and easy way to access and manage your telecom services. Available on the Android platform, this free app enables you to view or manage your airtime, SMS, and voice balances, as well as the balance of your 4G, Qanciye, Maqsuud, and Kaafi packages.
The app also allows you to purchase any of the 4G, Qanciye, Qanciye Plus, Maqsuud, and Kaafi packages using three payment methods: JEEB, AIRTIME, and EVC. In addition, all discount data bundles are shown in the "Offer" section. You can also view your SIM PIN/PUK, send feedback by giving star ratings, create tickets for all Somnet services, and add banner advertisements. The app is available in two languages: English and Somali. Please note that no VAS services are available in the MyVAS section at this time, but they will be added soon. Lastly, the app provides well-notified alerts for any activity in the Somnet Selfcare App.
